Our therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This style of massage typically focuses on a specific problem such as, chronic pain, stress or tension, recovery from an injury such as sports or whiplash as well as spasms stemming from Fibromyalgia or Osteoarthritis.
Please note, there is usually some stiffness or pain after a Deep Tissue Massage; discomfort usually subsides within a day.
