Relaxation Massage

The traditional Swedish massage; a relaxing series of stroke techniques that warm the muscle tissue, thereby releasing tension and gradually breaking up adhesions, most commonly referred to as ‘knots’. Ideal for reducing the effects of stress. Recommended if this is your first experience with massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

Our therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This style of massage typically focuses on a specific problem such as, chronic pain, stress or tension, recovery from an injury such as sports or whiplash as well as spasms stemming from Fibromyalgia or Osteoarthritis.

Please note, there is usually some stiffness or pain after a Deep Tissue Massage; discomfort usually subsides within a day.

Prenatal Massage

Expecting? Our Spa Specialists are certified in Prenatal Massage which, when performed during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, has been shown to reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression and relieve joint pain, tension and muscle aches from the lower back and legs. Makes an excellent gift idea!

Please note, Prenatal Massage is not performed during the first trimester of pregnancy.
